A senior programme & project management specialist, with over 12 years experience in delivering both technical and business change initiatives, I have the tools and skills to deliver successful project and product changes of any size. With a background in both agile and waterfall practices, I support teams in delivering, using the mechanisms they are comfortable with, and can even help support the adoption of new ways of working.

Aside from agile coaching and managing projects/products, I also have a background in international event & operational management and can therefore span beyond 'project scope' to ensure your change is not just delivered, but successfully adopted and implemented into your business.

Method of delivery:
Whether you operate strictly agile or require a more traditional waterfall approach, I will adapt my ways of working to suit you. Perhaps you need someone to manage a very agile team, but apply a traditional project wrapper, to satisfy more senior stakeholders? Or instead you may be at the beginning of your 'agile journey' and need someone to not only manage your in flight product deliveries, but also the agile adaption within your organisation. Not a problem!

Delivery role:
As a certified scrum master, PRINCE2 project manager and experienced programme manager, product manager and agile coach, I can take on those roles in the strictest sense, or apply a hybrid approach, as required. My support team can also offer more administrative and technical support.

Your need may be for a full life cycle project manager or just someone to help push you over the finish line successfully. Alternatively you may want consultancy support in the start up phase of your project or support and training in becoming more agile.
